I saw my previous pain management in the same location for 10 years and felt like all they wanted to do was mask the pain with pills. When I started seeing Dr Whitlow he came up with a plan to reduce my pain medication, and relieve my pain with a DRG Stimulator. After 21 years of intense pain radiating down my leg and into my foot, I am about 90% pain free, and take 75% less pain medication. Great experience. Doctor Parth was very professional. He took his time to listen to my complaints. He did an examination and explained how he felt he could assist me in managing my pain without the use of opioids, which was very important to me. The receptionist and entire staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
I have been a patient for years. Front desk staff (Danielle) has been excellent with scheduling, changes if needed and always friendly and cheerful Ken, my PA has been professional and always shows an interest in my welfare. He has also provided great information on associated doctors that he has worked with giving insight and recommendations for other family members treatment in Orthopedics. Very good visit. Really nice young man. Smart, intelligent, respectful, polite, caring, willingness to actually do what he can to help you with your suffering and relieve your pain, along with taking the time to explain what he wants to try to do as far as the kind of treatment plan. The doctor gave me hope for my life again.
The staff and physician were excellent. My wife and I had our appointments on the same day. We had almost no wait time in the office and the doc spent a lot of time just getting to know us and understand our issues.
