The woman who answers the phone maybe an Erica(?) to schedule appointments is outrageously rude and cruel. You apparently can't make an appointment here if you've canceled even 1 previous appointment years ago, insane policy and worse staff. They legitimately made my disabled mother cry. She had her own physician's office call on her behalf and they were rude to them as well that office will be make much less referrals to this place now. I saw my previous pain management in the same location for 10 years and felt like all they wanted to do was mask the pain with pills. When I started seeing Dr Whitlow he came up with a plan to reduce my pain medication, and relieve my pain with a DRG Stimulator. After 21 years of intense pain radiating down my leg and into my foot, I am about 90% pain free, and take 75% less pain medication. Don’t piss off the office manager. She’ll cancel your appointment. 16 years with this group and they canceled me for not giving 24 hours notice on insurance.
Great experience. Doctor Parth was very professional. He took his time to listen to my complaints. He did an examination and explained how he felt he could assist me in managing my pain without the use of opioids, which was very important to me. The receptionist and entire staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
I have been a patient for years. Front desk staff (Danielle) has been excellent with scheduling, changes if needed and always friendly and cheerful Ken, my PA has been professional and always shows an interest in my welfare. He has also provided great information on associated doctors that he has worked with giving insight and recommendations for other family members treatment in Orthopedics. Very confident in his abilities. Thanks to all at the clinic
