This is the most unprofessional medical center I have ever encountered in 61 years. As I read through the previous reviews, it’s to bad “we” the patients cannot begin an “open blog”. I have been rescheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled. The first “family emergency, Doctor Brown, if there is a Dr. Brown the receptionist desk? Gave me a 30 minute notice before my appointment Dr. Brown has been whisked away by a family emergency. My re-scheduled, rescheduled appointment was rescheduled because Dr. Brown has been yet again en... read more

Dr.gheith and his staff are remarkable people. I would not hesitate to send my mother to him…in fact I have. I went in for leg pain and weakness. He thoroughly reviewed my mri’s, he noticed a couple artifacts that were in related to my leg pain and got me set up with the appropriate physicians to address these concerns. He could’ve said not my problem but he brought to my attention and now i feel confident I’m getting ahead of possible future issues.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The office staff is rude, unprofessional, and completely disorganized. Communication is abysmal—no one seems to know what anyone else is doing. One day, I was told insurance would cover everything; the next, they demanded $250. When I asked for clarity, the billing staff dismissed my concerns, accusing me of... read more

I was very impressed with Dr. Oliver who I saw at IPI. He was the first doctor that explained why I was suffering. He showed my son and I on a spine model and spinal photo where exactly the pain is coming from and what was going on. I was so relieved after seeing many doctors to finally be able to understand what is going on with me. He spent well over an hour with me and we discussed further options for my pain relief. The staff was great, very kind and when I called afterward and left a message they got back to me w... read more

Dr. Oliver is amazing!! With chronic pain and spine issues, I’ve come to realize that needles and uncomfortable procedures are a necessary part of my life. Dr. Oliver’s technique and bedside manner make the process of getting various injections much less scary. He’s extremely kind, knowledgeable, skilled, attentive, and empathetic. I never feel rushed and he’s always willing to answer any and all questions I have. He’s one of the first doctors who truly listened to me and believed me without skepticism or judgement when I d... read more
