This is the most unprofessional medical center I have ever encountered in 61 years. As I read through the previous reviews, it’s to bad “we” the patients cannot begin an “open blog”. I have been rescheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled. The first “family emergency, Doctor Brown, if there is a Dr. Brown the receptionist desk? Gave me a 30 minute notice before my appointment Dr. Brown has been whisked away by a family emergency. My re-scheduled, rescheduled appointment was rescheduled because Dr. Brown has been yet again en... read more

I’ve been with IPI for years and though Mindy Wortmann was the main person I would see (and is great) I cannot say the same for the staff-Sharon even more so. Either you get misinformation, conflicting info, and/or you’re treated disrespectfully. I lost my job a couple months ago and with that lost my ins. I am required to be seen every month, so I paid $250 out-of-pocket in February. I was financially strapped with no income and couldn’t pay that again in March. I had a new job & ins starting on 4/7 so I couldn’t be seen un... read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. The office staff is rude, unprofessional, and completely disorganized. Communication is abysmal—no one seems to know what anyone else is doing. My elderly father pays in cash, but they refuse to issue receipts, claiming payments are "immediately entered into the system," which is hard to believe given the constant confusion. One day, I was told insurance would cover everything; the next, they demanded $250. When I asked for clarity, the billing staff dismissed my concerns, accusing me of... read more

Dr. Oliver is amazing!! With chronic pain and spine issues, I’ve come to realize that needles and uncomfortable procedures are a necessary part of my life. Dr. Oliver’s technique and bedside manner make the process of getting various injections much less scary. He’s extremely kind, knowledgeable, skilled, attentive, and empathetic. I never feel rushed and he’s always willing to answer any and all questions I have. He’s one of the first doctors who truly listened to me and believed me without skepticism or judgement when I d... read more

Dr.gheith and his staff are remarkable people. I would not hesitate to send my mother to him…in fact I have. I went in for leg pain and weakness. He thoroughly reviewed my mri’s, he noticed a couple artifacts that were in related to my leg pain and got me set up with the appropriate physicians to address these concerns. He could’ve said not my problem but he brought to my attention and now i feel confident I’m getting ahead of possible future issues.
