Dr. Whitlow was fantastic, he actually listened to me and seemed to have both empathy and extensive knowledge to share. Didn’t push any procedures on me, offered me different options. Definitely recommend him to anyone who doesn’t use medical marijuana products. But I don’t count that against him, practice rules are what they are.
Easy to get an appointment. Front desk person could have greeted people with a smile and better tone in her voice. Overall experience with Dr. Gheith was good. He did explain everything as he went along. I did have questions about my long term pain history, but he was focused on the current, now, today pain. In the end of appointment, check out and follow up scheduling, I felt they were much more friendly and reassuring that they were going to try and help me with my pain issues.
I have seen Dr. Oliver several times regarding back pain. I feel that he is very knowledgeable and I trust him completely. Ken works with Dr. Oliver and Ken is very knowledgeable and offers me clear and helpful advice. Their office is very clean and I feel that it is also very sterile (which is a positive).
I was with the family member.\nAt the festus, location. Where a woman was very rude to my family member, trying to explain something. Staff is great and respectful!! Dr. Whitlow is very knowledgeable, explained possible procedures, took time to answer my 15 questions and set me up for pre-op testing for my chosen procedure mid Nov. 2025.
