I went here in 2024 and Dr. Luu was extremely pessimistic regarding my treatment options. It was apparently due to my age, but all of my tests came back above average, which made the experience all the more confusing. After a series of tests, some of which were extremely painful, it was time to undergo the IVF treatment. They are very inflexible with scheduling and the nurses are rude and incompetent. They sent me the instructions for 1 pill progesterone although I was taking 3 pills per day. They didn’t schedule my FET appointment till the day before, which was Sunday although they knew it would be next Monday on previous Monday. I had a new job and begged for 1st appointment, I was told FET is not a priority. I begged for the last appointment and I was told the Dr won’t wait if she has fewer patients. Dr.Sigal and her team are great and we are so grateful for them. My husband and I have very good experience with them so far. I higly recommend any location of Invia Fertility! I went in for a septated uterus surgery. No one mentioned anything but it was better for baby making. It completely changes the level of your period as well as the amount of pain you feel every month as well. Dr. Thanh-Ha Luu performed the surgery, and I wouldn't recommend anyone higher. She was fantastic. Fully explained everything in detail ahead of time as well as after. She has a giant heart and will make sure you are followed up on. I am very happy with my decision to choose Invia to do my surgery.
