Everyone from the front office, to nurses and Dr. Keith were amazing. I was so pleased with my care. Everything was well explained, and I had a take home information sheet Dr. Keith gave me a follow-up call. The office was clean and welcoming. Exceeded my expectations!
Excellent customer care...my father-in-law had an emergency surgery here and everythi g was amazing! The drs...nurses....front office...all were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure we knew exactly what to do at home for after care which was very beneficial!! Excellent experience! Would highly recommend!
Amazing staff. Understood my fear of dentists and especially procedure. They never made fun of me for my feelings but instead took it in great consideration and went out of their way to relax me and comfortable me. Every staff member was above and beyond exceptional!
I was very impressed with the entire staff. Dr Dunbar was incredible at putting me at ease and understanding the physical needs of mastocytosis. I would recommend this to anyone that needed Oral Surgery.I would like to say thank you.
They did a great job on taking care of my son, but it's very disappointing they take no ownership in their part of pre-work with insurance. They do all the submissions, tell you what's left after what insurance will pay, make you prepay up front, then they do things not covered by insurance and expect us to come up with more than we already paid. Must be nice not to have to accept responsibility for your estimates, then expect others to pick up the tab.
