They are genuinely kind. My nurse was concerned about my comfort, she even covered me with a blanket. Dr. Dunbar was endlessly patient with me, I am hard to numb and it wears off quickly. I have had a bad experience with another oral surgeon, but Dr. Dunbar is much more careful and I have had no problems with him.
Dr Richman and the staff at this office are very professional and welcoming. I was very nervous about my procedure today, but the nurse and doctor both took time to explain step by step what to expect. It was over quickly with minimal pain. I hope to never have Oral Surgery again, but if I do, I’d definitely go back to see Dr Richman and his staff.
Receptionist was nice as I entered office, got information she needed & I waited a short time before I was seen by the Nurse Patti the Nurse that assisted Dr Harvey was extremely pleasant, concerned for my health, very informed & made the procedure a good experience. Dr Harvey was pleasant & let me know exactly what he was doing & was concerned for my well being also. I would recommend Iowa Oral Surgery to anyone.
I couldn’t have had it any better. Dr Dunbar and his nurse were so good to me. I could hardly tell I was getting the Novocain. His nurse (I’m sorry I forgot your name again.) did so much to keep me calm. She even played John Denver songs for me. I was able to take it easy and even have a little soft food. Thank you guys so much for making my trip so easy. Bet team ever!
The doctor was fantastic during my daughter’s wisdom teeth removal. The staff were great also! Very welcoming and friendly.
