I underwent a dental surgical procedure at Iowa oral maxillofacial clinic. The care was excellent. They made the surgery very comfortable and without pain. Jeff was my nurse. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Dr Harvey was the surgeon. He was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure and follow-up care. I can’t remember names for everyone. However they were kind and showed good patient service. I highly recommend the center to everyone.
Overall Great experience. Dr. Keith was informative, caring, allowed the numbing solution to be on gummies longer than most dentist/surgeons, and i didnt feel those nasty shots as bad as usual. i so appreciated that. i THINK they changed their rules on missing appts. i say, in general, why do dr ofcs get to cancel on us, but if we do we get charged? just a little frustrating. except for changing my appt once i got there, had to come back, stuff happens and was ok with that, im retired. just think, in general, ofcs. w... read more
My experience was an emergency. I was able to get an appointment pronto. The procedure was done immediately. The entire staff was professional, skilled and kind. They helped me to feel more relaxed and assured in a stressful situation. I am recovering nicely!
Everyone from front desk to doctor was very professional. They kept me informed each step of the way. Altho I dreaded the procedure, it was a good experience with nothing to fear. I highly recommend the staff at their Euclid office!
Very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The doctor is great about numbing slowly so that it doesn't hurt. He took a sample of gum for biopsy and I was able to eat lukewarm oatmeal after getting home. Bleeding stopped quickly.
