Amazing staff. Understood my fear of dentists and especially procedure. They never made fun of me for my feelings but instead took it in great consideration and went out of their way to relax me and comfortable me. Every staff member was above and beyond exceptional!
Had 3 teeth removed today. They are very friendly and got the job done quick and painless. Dr richman will definitely get more work from me in the near future
Dr Richman was very professional yet easy going for my son’s procedure. He made him feel at ease and gave him confidence. They took in consideration our travel time and got us in quickly. Very pleased with this provider and the whole team.
Dr Keith and his team were fantastic! For someone with anxiety, especially with dentists, they made me feel very comfortable, made every attempt to tell me what they’re going to do, what could happen and kept me informed the whole time while my tooth was being extracted. I cannot tell you how much that is appreciated for someone who has anxiety. Very gentle and nice people. Thank you so much folks and I will be recommending you to anyone who needs your service! :)
They did a great job on taking care of my son, but it's very disappointing they take no ownership in their part of pre-work with insurance. They do all the submissions, tell you what's left after what insurance will pay, make you prepay up front, then they do things not covered by insurance and expect us to come up with more than we already paid. Must be nice not to have to accept responsibility for your estimates, then expect others to pick up the tab.
