My son had his wisdom teeth extracted yesterday, and it was a wonderful experience from registration through discharge. Every staff member we encountered was personable, professional, and reassuring. We truly appreciated the excellent care and would definitely recommend this office.
Super quick and easy process! Was a breeze and even all my friends were shocked how smooth and clean my recovery was too. Dr. Richman called a little bit after my procedure too, to see if I had any additional questions or problems. All staff super friendly and personable.
Dr. Keith took care of a tooth that needed to be extracted. The procedure was explained to me in detail and was painless. Every precaution was used and I didn't realize he had already pulled the tooth until I had gauze put in where the tooth had been. Dr. Keith explained everything he was doing with the procedure while he was extracting the tooth. Everyone we encountered at our 2 visits were so helpful and kind. My 10 year old was scared and they allowed him to set the pace and allowed me to come back until he was relaxed. The communication was fantastic the entire way through, including calling later the same day to check on him and make sure we didn't have any needs. I HIGHLY recommend this office if you need oral surgeons. We utilized the office on Euclid Ave in Des Moines. Thank you all so much!!
This was an exceptionally great experience for having a tooth pulled! I was informed of every step by Dr. Harvey and his assistant was very helpful. I highly recommend Iowa Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons!
