Customer service rep Andre was absolutely fantastic. Andre helped me throughout the process step by step to make sure I submitted the correct samples and to make sure my samples were processed correctly. I even changed the test multiple times but Andre was patient and provided excellent service. Thank you Andre and IQ Bird Testing!!!!! I will use this lab again.

A+ company! I have now used IQ 3 times for my Green Cheek Conures and results were very fast! I do not recommend using the United States post office to send samples with as they may take weeks to get there. IQ Bird testing did really well and even accepted new DNA samples for Miss Rosie At no extra cost, as the first feathers did not contain enough DNA. 100% recommend

Waiting on usps was the hardest part. The provided trimmer made nail clipping easy. I felt it was easier than plucking a feather. I'm very pleased to learn my quaker is a boy, and would definitely use these services again in the future. I would also recommend to anyone thinking about it to use these guys!
