Ordered tests online and sent through samples, but due to South African Postal service being unreliable and never delivering the samples, I had to sadly cancel my order...through it all I've received constant feedback with every email I sent to IQBird testing. I would recommend them, had amazing service from their side all the way!
Such a great company. Fast and reliable results to get gender results on our silkies. IQ also has excellent customer service. We lost two chicks before we had a chance to send samples and they refunded the money. They are pleasant to deal with.
Going on 3 weeks since I sent my samples... They are closed half the week, and they are messing up samples left and right from other breeders. And those breeders tried to warn me. But I didn't listen. Also They have zero way to contact them that's worth contacting. It's breeding season for crying out loud. This is the last time I will used IQ. I have been using IQ Bird Testing for DNA gender testing for emu chicks & black swan cygnets for many years and can't say enough good about them!
