Dr. Chiriac is a very good psychiatrist. She is in a large practice which poses some issues. The staff can be indifferent and disorganized. She normally is behind schedule, but I never feel rushed. I just know to plan for her to be behind. She is direct and to the point so patients who do not like directness are probably not a good fit for her. I have been seeing her for 4 years and plan to stay with her.
On time for my first visit, Doc was waiting for me...very knowledgeable and professional...
Rude, condescending, and demeaning in the way she speaks to patients.
She is really difficult to get ahold of. Doesn't even return my phone calls. She also makes you wait an hour + for appointment and when she finally sees you, she doesn't spend too much time.
Waited 45 minutes to be seen. Already a patient and called several days in a row with no response and this has happened multiple times. Just doesn't seem t care.
