Iris Memory Care Turtle Creek is the place I would place my loved one. The building is very well kept, beautiful on the outside, and even better on the inside. The place is always clean and smells nice. A must for me. Any building can be nice inside and out, however, what makes this home unique is the staff. Every single staff member is amazing. They go above and beyond to care for their residents. Always friendly and with a smile, I know that they have their residents best interest in mind.
This is state of the art memory care stand down! One aspect that truly stands out is how well the staff manages and supports dementia patients with challenging behaviors. They use personalized care plans and non-pharmacological interventions to address agitation, anxiety, and other behavioral issues. The team is trained to understand the unique needs of each resident, providing a calming and supportive environment that helps reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
Iris MC Dallas is an excellent healthcare facility. If you’re in need of memory care services, Iris Dallas is a great choice. At iris Dallas, I have truly had a remarkable experience. The Wellness Director, Care partners and The ED are truly amazing at what they do.
I visited 6 memory care facilities in the Dallas area. The Iris was by far the best place that I visited. I came back to the Iris 4 more times, sometimes unannounced, and each time I was more impressed with the level of care given to each resident. I never heard an unkind word spoken by the staff. I visited Iris Memory Care recently to see what it was all about. I walked in, it smelt fresh and clean and the residents were out of their rooms and hanging out. I LOVE seeing that!! It was nicely decorated (Christmas decor just warms up any place, doesn’t it?) and just so inviting. I engaged with the staff and caregivers to get a good feel of the place and they were all so friendly. This is a wonderful facility and your loved one would be blessed to reside here!
