🐀 🐀 🐀 🐀 🐀 🐀 🐀 Stay away! Your things will get wet/damp. There are lights in unit but you cannot turn them on. And that was after 1.5yrs of them saying they are fixing lights, I gave up. Could only go during daytime. Move out day was 1 day later then they require and still made me pay for full month, no discount. Found rat droppings in my whole unit, had to go through all my stuff to make sure it was safe before I could bring into my home. Terrible customer service.
So far customer service has been wonderful. I just booked with them.
0 stars if I could. DO NOT TRUST YOUR THINGS HERE. DO NOT BUY THEIR LOCKS. High theft, low / poor security systems. Received several letters about recent theft as well. We had family history stolen out of our storage. We addressed it to the office and the lady scolded us immediately about how we shouldn’t of touched the locker, yet we didn’t know without touching. A very pessimistic answer from her every time I had a question. Zero empathy. Not worth the low price. Makes sense now.
Great place. I told the manager what I needed and she gave me a discount. I just needed a unite from Aug. 17th- Sept. 5th. She worked the numbers and gave me a great deal. Nice clean units and very nice people. I recommend them. This was for the place off 112th in Vancouver wa. 👌
I'd rented for 2 years finally realized I was wasting money. Not that the facility was responsible, but my own unwillingness to let go of stuff. But I did. I wasn't happy they switched the lighting to outside the units, but that's my issue. Still I never had any problems with the management and how they were willing to work with me when starting. My advice for new customers is to not hang onto items you won't use for 6 months. Because it'll be 2 years before you realize you didn't need them then.
