Online experience was easy to use and straight forward
I was very pleased with the service that I got and he helped me out a lot. Got me in a space for my motorhome and I’m excited to get it moved up there as it’s just right across the street from where I live.
The onsite Manager Don is extremely great at customer service and professionalism and is clearly invested in making sure things are running as they should be.it gives me a feeling of confidence in this business
I'm writing this review because of the awful communication this place has. I was just charged $180 dollars for not giving a 30 day move out notice- which, fine, whatever, it was on the contract. However, on the day I had called not only this place, but also their online support, they didn't bother to mention that?? They assured me that I'm good to go, and I thought I was. Until they sent me multiple late fees and additional lien fees. Great that they waived off the $20 late fee but thanks that I have to pay $160 because of ... read more
