Got a parking spot for my Travel Trailer. It was very smooth and Randi was very informative and friendly. She explained everything and wanted me to have a good experience. I would recommend this place.
I called Iron Gate with a bit of unusual circumstance. Randi was so understanding and was able to accommodate us. She explained the process thoroughly and with knowledge.
Only been there for a month. Close in storage at newer facility. Easy access. Turning lanes adequate fory vehicle and trailer. Only downside is the location of the entry gate access box which is too far to right and is not extended from its base for ease approach to the hate.
Randi was very helpful and pleasant to interact with regarding my requirements today. Good experience. Was patient and explained my option completely. She is great.
I like renting from this location because the units are accessible by driving up to them. Staff is very helpful.
