The best storage unit we've ever had. They've been like family to us. Unlike any big name storage places, like public storage (THE WORST STORAGE PLACE EVER)!!! Iron gate has been a blessing to us. Providing us with the security and safety needed when seeking a place to store your whole life in! We can't thank you enough for the peace of mind and comfort you've given my family while storing our belongings.
Prices high rocket afterthe 2nd month. Rediculous. 10 x 10 went from$100 to almost $200. I just found a 12 x 26 elsewhere for the same price!!! The new Management is horrible too. I'm glad that I'm finally moving out. 🤬
Iron Gates Storage is a top notch facility. Randi, the manager at my local facility, is amazing. I needed storage both inside and outside and was set up with both without any hassle. Every name known storage facility I called told me they couldn't meet my needs. I have both a trailer and vehicle I need stored with the ability to swap them around and pick up as needed. If I could give this place a zero I would. The place looks like a dump. The unit looks like it was just put together by plywood. Broken down looking broke down. When paperwork was supposed to be emailed I never received so I wanted to cancel, but because they weren’t open for two days, they still wanted to charge because “I could have rented it out”. But I wasn’t even able to get ahold of anyone even over the message system.
BEWARE, Ever since they brought on a new management company the monthly rent has continually gone up. In the past year it has gone up 3x for a total of more than $110.00. They are greedy and do not value loyal renters. I just received an email about a $50.00 rate increase today. Not sure how they can do this when even a housing rental can not be increased by 20% for a current renter in Oregon. The facility is nice and I believe my things are safe there; however, this kind of rental greed is unfounded.
