I will be moving into my apartment in May, and I'm really excited about this move. The process of viewing to applying was so smooth. And I want to give thanks to the leasing team for all the help and patience they showed. The apartments are really nice, spacious, and affordable. I recommend checking out these apartments! Special thanks to Shannon for all her help and quick responses to any question or concern I had. I can't wait to move in!
Went to view a 1 bedroom but I ended up bailing from the appointment after seeing a number of residents outside on their like 2x3 slabs of concrete the complex calls "patios" staring me down. Then comes a resident blasting music on his Harley before he goes and parks on the bike path to Rev his engine. Did meet a couple nice residents outside, but for roughly 1300 minimum rent to have a unit with double doors that lead to A RAILING is a joke to me. I have had a great experience living here so far. My goal when moving here was to find an apartment I could settle into while I finish my degrees and Iron trail has been nothing but great for me! My lease doesn’t end for a few more months but I’m already in the process of renewing my lease. Definitely recommend checking this apartment out and meeting with Melissa! Shes been nothing but great since she took over Iron trail.
Shannon was amazing on our tour! She answered all of our questions and gave us important/great info about Iron Trail. Her energy was positive, friendly, and welcoming. I would recommend checking the place out and touring with her!
This first month at Iron Trail has been amazing!! Alisha has been so very helpful from getting the lease signed to getting moved in, she responds within a very timely manner. Today before I went into work and they were redoing the concrete in front of my house as it was noisy I did not mind a bit, I got off work to a gift card for the very minor inconvenience. This review is long over due as I absolutely love my BRAND NEW HOME and PEACEFUL COMMUNITY, THANK YOU ALL
