DO NOT MOVE HERE! I paid June rent, showed the proof, and they took me to court. They didn’t even bring up June rent, just July and August. They told me that nothing would show up on MyCase, but it’s still there. They have very bad gnats. Bugs come through your patio. They add about $300 extra dollars, adding months’ worth of fees. They move anybody in here. They’ll say the work orders are completed, and they hadn’t even come in your unit and done anything. I’ve only been here a few days, but so far: rental process went smooth. Shannon was very friendly and communicative throughout the process. The unit itself- I am in A4 model, which is 1BR/1BA. The kitchen and living area is so spacious and open. There is a ton of storage in the kitchen, and I particularly like the pantry next to the refrigerator. I have had a great experience living here so far. My goal when moving here was to find an apartment I could settle into while I finish my degrees and Iron trail has been nothing but great for me! My lease doesn’t end for a few more months but I’m already in the process of renewing my lease. Definitely recommend checking this apartment out and meeting with Melissa! Shes been nothing but great since she took over Iron trail.
Shannon was awesome. She showed me the apartment that I was interested in, which turned out to be the apartment I just moved into. Mike from maintenance was great showing me how to work some of the appliances and was very professional. I absolutely love my new home!!
Love the apartment complex and my unit However, this internet issue is a pretty big deal. As I work from home often and use the internet for everything. I’m being charged an installment fee by cyberlign. The two ladies in the front office of iron trail has made it clear I should not have to pay for an installment fee because the internet was already installed way before I signed the lease. Instead of handling it I had to call cyberlign multiple times to get it removed and they wouldn’t. So I had to cancel because I’m not pa... read more
