Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Made us feel great right away. You didn't feel like they were just trying to get your money's worth like other dental places. The assistant and doctor were so amazing by answering all my answers, used my own toothpaste I use on my toddler and were just so kind too that my son being his 1st dental visit warmed up and felt comfortable with them. Highly recommended!! 10/10
I cannot recommend this office more! My daughter is autistic and her last dentist wanted to use restraints on her for exams, but after several visits here she is comfortable and completely compliant. I didn’t know if this day would come. EVERYONE we’ve come into contact with here has been kind, caring, and genuinely compassionate. We drive 30 plus minutes to come here but I’d honestly drive 3 times that. If you have a special needs child this is the place for care.
Staff was great with my son. They called us back within 3 minutes of being there. We were in and out and happy we found a new great dentist for our son!
I have nothing but positive things to say about Children’s Ironwood Dentistry. My girls have been patients for years and I would recommend them to everyone. They are always so great with my both of my neurodivergent kiddos. So patient, kind, and caring. My oldest daughter suffers with high anxiety amongst other disorders. They really take the time to explain step by step everything to her so she is comfortable. I love the staff and dentist and their attentiveness. They deleted my last review, I guess they can’t handle the truth. We have dental insurance. They performed procedures (full scan X-ray instead of standard ) on my daughter without telling us and then send us a bill for 28 dollars. My wife called them several times to dispute and they never call back and instead sent the 28 dollars to collections. Congrats, 28 dollars cost you 3 clients
