She was very professional and had reviewed my history and recent test prior to my appointment. She had consulted with other medical professionals and was ready to ask the most appropriate question to determine the next steps of my treatment. She provided clear concise direction for the next steps and clearly explained the sequence of events after that. This was my first encounter with her and I was very pleased and impressed.

This was a horrible appointment, I was there plenty of time ahead of my appointment time and then I had to wait 40 minutes beyond my appointment time before they called me in. Then I waited another 10 minutes for her to come into the room and spend less than five minutes with me. I was told what I had already read in the doctors report. This was a total waste of my time.
