Our daughter recently participated in Island Lake surf camp. She had a great time hanging out with the team and other participants. We can definitely see improvement in her wake surfing. She was excited to master some new skills and continues to work on the 360!!! Awesome camp!!!
Update: Andy from Island Lake Marine called me and apologized. He attempted to make right on their mistake and I told him I appreciated his call and their acknowledgement of the issue. However, I did state that my issue was firm. They made a mistake in the title work and when that mistake was brought to their attention their initial reaction was to double down and blame me, creating a second mistake rather than just owning the initial mistake. Do not buy from here. Purchased a boat for upwards of 15,000. The boat does not perform as it should, went in and talked to my salesman which you can never get ahold of by the way. They were going to give me market value to trade it in on a different unit. Ended up keeping the boat that i originally purchased that was supposed to be ready to go when i picked it up originally. We just purchased our 2nd boat from Island Lake Marina and it’s the only place we will ever go for our boat needs. Everyone there is so nice and helpful and their selection is awesome. Dylan was our salesman this time and he was the absolute best! Really cares about what we wanted and even to make sure after the purchase that we were still happy with it. Keep it up Island Lake Marina! And keep it up Dylan! You made it an easy and excellent experience!
I bought a new boat from these guys year's ago and they just helped me get a new motor for my current boat. Andy was great and super go with the flow. Can't wait to buy another boat from them in the future. Hey we all know boats are expensive but if your going to spend the money do it somewhere low pressure and cool! Thanks guys.
