Laura has always given excellent customer service, going above and beyond, on the U-Haul side of the business. Recently I needed storage needs, and of course Laura brought that same level of professionalism and down-home decorum to the rental process. The storage facility is super clean, tight, well lit, and very secure. The grounds are manicured and navigation is simple with wide maneuvering and easy access. The design was well thought out. Any time I've had a question or concern it's been answered promptly and kindly. I've had personal unit and one for a business -- the convenience is tops. The entire facility is clean, very well maintained and super functional. 🤩
