As simply as I can put it, Laura is the sunshine on a cloudy day, the friendly face that makes even the most stressful move feel a little brighter. At the storage rental place, she's not just an employee, she's a ray of hope, a problem-solver, and the kindest soul you could ever hope to meet. Her efficiency is matched only by her warmth, making everyone feel welcome and valued. She's truly one of a kind, a gem in every sense of the word.
I've rented trucks and now storage space from Laura on a few occasions. This is a remarkable business. My experience with moving truck and storage companies is mixed at best. With a competitor on the mainland, I recently waited about an hour while a clearly over-taxed employee rushed from truck to customer to backroom back to customer. It was tragic and time-consuming. Loved it! The grounds are clean, the units are clean. Its well lit and the unit doors are easy to open and close. The price was fair for being here on Vashon. And I just love Laura she is incredibly easy to talk too,and she is funny as well. So all and all ill give it 5 out of 5 stars! Job Laura ill miss seeing you each month.
I wasn’t sure about renting on the island, because I figured it would be expensive, and guess what? It is! That said? The woman who works at the Glacier west storage place on vashon? She makes it worth it. They don’t have much available, though there is turnover, but that says something to me. People rent here! I had paintings and things that needed climate control to survive.
