As simply as I can put it, Laura is the sunshine on a cloudy day, the friendly face that makes even the most stressful move feel a little brighter. At the storage rental place, she's not just an employee, she's a ray of hope, a problem-solver, and the kindest soul you could ever hope to meet. Her efficiency is matched only by her warmth, making everyone feel welcome and valued. She's truly one of a kind, a gem in every sense of the word.
Having leased at numerous storage facilities in WA, OR, and CA, Laura and crew have created the premier and homiest home-away from-home for things un-homed that one could hope for here on Island. A secure, easily accessible, and cared for facility with a great experience and community feel every time.
Laura is a friendly and informative host, promptly rented us a unit within 20 minutes of our arrival. She was incredibly helpful throughout our rental process.
