Laura is the best! She is always friendly and helpful. I had a storage unit here for a while and also have rented u-hauls and it’s always a pleasure.
I’ve been renting a storage until for the past few years as my home was for sale. Laura has been so great helping me determine what size until would work for me and helping me as I had to shift to a larger unit back down to a smaller unit. Plus, she helped me secure uhaul rental and kept me up to date on availability etc. Laura went above and beyond when there was an issue with a latch on the unit. Laura was a clear 10 and above. Suggested I use a lager unit after 1 mo and moving more in. She was spot on to the last 10 inches to close the door! Was wonderful and reserving a unit. It would have been gone when I arrived on the island. Again knows her business. Helpful. A-friend for life! Truly a helpful. Lovely person! Hope you don’t ever lose her. 10+.
