We got to hotel. They could not find reservation. Hotel had very little christmas decorstions, no entertainment, there was no variety of slot machines. Our room burned out bulbs, the bath tub had rust in the bath tub. There Christmas buffet was a joke. We saw a menu of christmas day it said turkey. We looked at buffet at 520pm they tell us it will be out later. We left to go to another casino to have fun and have a great meal.

Rude, dismissive and unapologetic staff. Check in was painful and treated horribly. Shouldn't have been argued with at front desk. Bedding was old and thin.

While taking a shower, water got very hot then very cold talked to the service desk all they said that they would inform someone.

Hot water stuck on, bathroom sink wouldn't drain, toilet moved when sat on.... No frig no microwave

The advertised check in time is 4PM. We arrived shortly after 5 pm and waited in line for approx. 20 minutes before being able to be waited on. My reservation had been paid ahead of time, and they did not have my room available. They said that when you reserve a room it only guarantees a room, NOT the specific room in which you reserved. WHAT?? I had never heard that before. They could give me the same room in a different building overlooking the city, but I had reserved a room overlooking the river.
