could not get a room for one night, had to book through orbit to get a room for 2 nights. Only had smoking room available, bathroom tub out dated and dangerous, base is curved making it easy to slip and fall.

We did not get a bill as they said it would be on our credit card. I should have insisted on a bill. Will not do this again.

Gross and terrible service We reserved a king bed in the North Tower. There were none left when we checked in. They gave us a king in the south tower instead. I had used my rewards to pay for most of this one night stay however they asked for full payment. Maybe a missed fax from hotels.com but they refused to help and said they were too busy to call hotels.com. I called myself and hotels.com faxed what they needed right away. Rooms not ready Booked rooms 6 to 8 weeks in advance 3 rooms ,adjoining or at least the same floor , was told no problem !!!! When checking in was told all the rooms were the same asked what do you mean and was told they were all # 7's was confused she said 3007,4007, 1107 I asked how is that adjoining or on the same floor she told me yes I see that but they must of been confused ???? No one found ring left on end table My boyfriend saw my ring on the end table the morning we checked out. When I called later that day, night one found one in the room. Two days later I called again. They said security went to look for it and found nothing.

Don't recommend Took forever to get a luggage cart, then found change on floor in room - obviously no one vacuumed. Bed uncomfortable and didn't help that we had to listen to the rooftop air conditioning units run all night. Apparently there is some rule about taking drinks at 1:30 in the morning (after I just purchased it!) Should've let me know this when I bought my beer for $7.25! And she want very unfriendly and rude. Don't think we'll stay or play here again.

Bix 7 race stay We went there for our 3rd year, we go for the Bix 7 race and this year the hotel friendliness and cleanliness was really bad. People at the front desk were not very friendly, especially the (senior) woman. Rooms were dirty, you could see hair on the carpet and the carpet smelled like dirt, like so much dust have been there, the floors of the bathrooms same, you could see hair there, we were only men and no long hair, so that hair was not ours. Beds were fine. They need to review the staff crew asap.

Not a smoke free facility The only reason I won't go back is because they allow smoking inside. Obviously they don't care about their customers health.
