Smell and bedding old and dirty bathroom Hotel smells like smoke. The bed sheets are old and not smooth or comfortable. Bath tubs were dirty with spots hat would not go.

Nice Room - Lacks Customer Service Nice room and good location to our event at iWireless. But we felt the Customer Service was extremely lacking. Hotel was not willing to accommodate needs due to reserving the room through Expedia as opposed to going directly to them.

Will never stay again!!! Terrible location to get to. Christine(what a grab should be fired) when called about room hung up on us 5 or 6 times trying to reach front desk. Youg lady, and gentleman at front desk was very nice when checking in but damage was already done with grabass Christine. Selection of channels on TV sucked. Our server at the buffet (Sandy) was very nice. I do not understand why you hire people like Christine who can't even be nice and act like they even care when a person calls in. Worst stay ever This trip was horrible..Bartender in casino was rude..we woke up to ants in our room and when we told hotel supervisor she seemed unconcerned

Not worth it, Play but dont Eat and Stay Stayed for Buisness and pleasure. Front desk staff nice but short and not helpfull. Room staff (Maids) did great job and rooms are very well kept. other than that Did not feel like a welcomed guest. Kellers Grill is a terrible place, had the fillet and it was like skirt steak, staff was terrible worse service ever.
