Completely unprofessional! There was no structure to the couples therapy sessions - we asked multiple times - instead, she would tell us about her life experiences to relate to what we said. One time we received "homework" from her. Then she didn't even ask about how it went in a future session. Takes a week, or more, to respond to messages within the portal - over a weekend I would understand but to send a message to a provider on a Monday and not hear anything back by Friday is unacceptable. This person is very unprofessional. She should not be a therapist. She talked with my teenage daughter via video call. She was very distracted with other things going around her and didn’t pay attention to what my daughter was saying. After the first meeting we tried to reach out to make another appointment and she was rude and never answered back any text since she doesn’t do phone calls. What can I say but simply let’s put it in one word. I had the most horrible experience with her. So unprofessional. First time when I scheduled with her face to face meeting it got me rescheduled via phone appointment without even telling me. When I refused to do phone meeting she had rescheduled it. After went to her and do the first meeting we have scheduled for the second one after two weeks. Israil is the worst thing that can happen to anyone. She worked with my child for many months but there was no improvement at all. When asked to have a meeting and discuss she said that she does not have to meet with parents. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Stay AWAY.
Israilis fantastic however lifestance sucks. Lifestnace schedule rescheduling is a nightmare.
