Shandie was a great help. Got our original unit upgraded to a larger one without any problem. She showed us the two units so we could decide which one fit our needs best. Explained how everything works and left us feeling confident we made the right choice to store our belongings.

No waiting, It was clean when I moved in. I do have a larger unit I've had for some time. It had been broken into a while back as were serveral other units and I was notified right away . I've never had a problem with the gate. I did try to pay rent a couple of times and the office was closed .
