I would’ve given a five star review but I had to knock it down to four. The website states I could move in right away, so after signing the agreement online I sent my husband to the facility to begin putting some of our things in storage. Well when he got there our unit had a lock on it so we were unable to access it. We rented on a Sunday so there was no one in the office to help us out. I rented a unit with you guys and the they showed me the unit the light inside wasn’t working. The lady said she left a note to get fixed. I came back 2 days later to put a lock on the door and the light wasn’t working still. Nobody was at the office when I came to lock the unit. I guess I’ll have to bring a new light bulb and change it to see if that’s the issue
