Well… when I called in & set up the arrangements the gentleman was polite, but I had to give him my name and spelling a few times! He told me I could pick up a lock at the Facility for $14.99, which I found out was incorrect! They were $17.29 with tax came to over $20.00! He had put in my last name as my first name, so the gal had a hard time confirming me! Luckily she got it changed to be correct! It made me a bit apprehension as to what my billing would be like & pray I don’t run into problems with that too! I wii see goin... read more
