I was having to deal with another person when securing my unit and they were very patient with me and the other person. There was no rushing me or copping an attitude with me because they were being inconvenienced with my situation. Once the other person got his way we moved right through the registration for the unit. The two I dealt with were a lady by the name of Christina McCoy who is the Property Manager and the gentleman was John Baker and he’s the one who walked me to my unit and told me about the does and don’t and some very helpful hints to loading a large unit like I got. They both were very kind and helpful. They gave me the respect that customer service used to be all about. The old saying that the customer is always right is a lost, by-gone phrase but I believe these two employees really believe that customers are very important. Excellent customer service . I was very impressed. I believe it will be a pleasure to work with theses two individuals again. I’m looking forward to it!
