I ended up on the side that you can't drive anything but a lifted truck over. While I was in NM, price went up for internal issues. I docked 2 stars because I was talking to a dude wandered in looking for a unit to sandblast his project. His bum ass asked if I needed help. Short staffed, and that damn hill

I used their service for over a year, they always been pleasant and helpful and also too friendly The units are clean and all around the area is safe, the climate controlled units are so great, definitely I do recommend this place to anyone Customer service is excellent
My Storage unit was robbed. over $20,000 in Inventory. Thankfully I had moved a majority of everything out of there before it happened. But what's the coincidence that I get robbed after the Front Desk sees me moving hundreds of shoes out of it. Oh, and their Cameras aren't working. False advertisement. I brought this to Facebook and had multiple people tell me they also had bad experiences here (THEFT)... Was never compensated $2000 through their "Insurance".. Not even a sorry. I recently moved out of my storage unit F32 on sep 4 no one was in the office which is fine. I called in and checked out all item were removed and lock was taken off. The call center said they sent a email to the property manager but I'm still getting a bill. I've called twice about this issue and it's frustrating. If you like easy check out I would go elsewhere for your storage needs.
Do not store your valued possessions there unless you like everything you own to be chewed up and covered with mice droppings. Customer service is terrible, too. Forget trying to reach anyone in the office.
BEWARE!!!!: I Storage on Pea Ridge Rd is scamming their customers I Storage 2598 Pea Ridge Rd Clarksville, TN 37040-7188 (931) 272-8564 If you don't want to read the full review just know if you have a storage unit at I Storage in Clarksville you are paying double what you'd pay at Clarksville Self Storage. $45 a month at Clarksville for a 5x10 compared to $90 at I Storage on Pea Ridge Rd.
