Susan and Jamie are AMAZING!!!! Thank you for the great experience and THANK YOU for allowing our moving day to go so smoothly!!! the storage facility was beyond what we expecte!! Super clean and the workers were friendly and helpful!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this storage facility to all!!!

Such a breeze with their online reserve. I reserved online and went in the next day to view the unit. Filled out paperwork and was on my way. Trey made it such a breeze. Took less than 20 min to view unit and finish paperwork.
Absolutely not. I wouldn't recommend iStorage if they paid me to. The manager, Jamie, was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional--her exact words to me were, "I don't know what to tell you, my friend." That's not customer service, that's condescension. The units themselves? Poorly sealed. After they re-sealed the asphalt, dirt was blown into my unit, coating everything I own in dust. When I brought it up, Jamie told me it's not her job to "babysit" my unit. And just to top it off, my rate increased two months after signing up.... read more
I rarely leave reviews unless the service is extraordinary or if it absolutely sucks. This facility absolutely sucks. They have no manager and no means of rectifying accounts. If you are a new customer, buyer beware. We attempted to use their services about two months ago. The gate code provided did not work. Corporate reset the gate code but it still did not work. We had items being shipped from out of the area and needed space immediately. After finding space with another local business, we called and canceled the contract... read more
If you are looking for a storage unit that you can access 24/7 steer clear of this place. Whenever I set up the storage unit initially I did an online reservation and spoke to a representative and was told that I would be able to access my unit at any time, even outside of business hours. There was an issue with the codes that they gave me for the gate and the door to the building my unit was actually in, so I was unable to get into the unit as planned, and had to wait three hours for the office to open for someone to help m... read more
