Everything is great now except could not move on 6/18…….Code given didn’t work, had to get new one. Therefore, move in date was 6/19.

Gate code didn't work and unit assigned to me was locked. I called immediately to cancel (and have called several times since) but no one has take care of it. I never signed a lease and am now getting delinquent notices. You can make this right by cancelling the reservation and refunding my credit card. Your reps said it would be credited within a few business days and that was over a month ago. They keep telling me a manager needs to approve it after they tell me there is no manager on site.
