I rented a unit from Peggy and couldn't have had a better experience. On-line registering is a breeze, prices are reasonable, and units are clean. Peggy was greatly supportive during my entire time with Moove-In. She is truly there to help whenever you need her. If I had known how easy it was to have such a convenient unit near my house, I would have done it years ago! (Maybe it's a good thing that I didn't...)
Sadly Moove In self storage at Vermont Ave has been robbed multiple times. Their cameras of course were down and not working during the robberies. The main gate is broken and remains open constantly. My unit was robbed and the manager did not call to inform me of the fact that my unit had been red locked... the internet and phones were apparently down for a week and made it so that customers could not be notified about issues.
