I am a college student who was looking for summer storage. Jay and Katlyn were both extremely helpful in getting my storage box set up for the summer, were very patient with explaining all of the details, and returned my emails and phone calls immediately. The facilities are clean, the price is amazing (though there is a hidden $24 transaction and $12/mo insurance fee), and I will absolutely be coming back for my subsequent summer storage.

If I could give it no stars I would. Way, way overpriced. And God forbid you miss a payment be ready to empty out your bank account.

They don't respond to emails and rarely answer the phone. Sent out notice that my monthly bill would be increasing $6, which was around 6.5% increase. Okay, no major issues. Go to pay bill for the next month and shows price actually increased over 23%. Sent an email that went unanswered for over two weeks so I called 4 times. Finally received someone and the response I got was, "Oh yeah I don't know why they worded it that way, must have been the 3rd party vendor. I'll let my boss know about that." We had a unit for Over a year and never missed a payment. I received a new credit card so automatic payments stopped and I missed the payment date this month. My husband loaded a bunch of things to take over there today, and going to pay when he got there, to find that access to our unit was suspended. It wasn't even two weeks late and I had corresponded with someone by email already. I don't make a habit of late payments for anything, but I've never heard of a company that stops access after 1 late payment. We will be looki... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They rip you off. They never return phone calls or emails. I have been using the storage company in Easthampton for several years and my contract with them specifies that on the first of each month I will pay them electronically/automatically. This month, September 2021, that did not happen. I called repeatedly last week but the manager's voice mail box was always "full". I emailed and she didn't respond. Sorry to have to write a second review but have sent three emails to Moove In Self Storage regarding refunds they claims to have submitted on April 20 and yet no response. Not even the courtesy of acknowledging my emails.
