Eric assisted me in changing storage units, and it couldn’t have been any easier. Eric is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Everything was completed in 5 minutes. I have never had an issue. If you’re looking for a storage unit iStorage is what you want, no need to look anywhere else.
Eric was tremendous help in transferring our unit! Patient, kind and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and well-kept; never had issues with the climate control.
Easy, convenient, flexible, and most importantly reliable place to store. The rental process takes maybe 10 minutes over the phone. Eric was very helpful and ran me through all of the options when I needed to change to a different unit size. He was super friendly, very clear, and thoroughly explained the process and email confirmations I would receive.
