I really hate leaving negative reviews, but this was long overdue. I would AVOID this place unless you like dealing with the run around when a issue occurs. These are a few things I had to deal with: being overcharged for insurance when I provided my home owners policy (3 times), you will always be advised to speak to the regional manager if you have a serious issue, and when I told her about the overages, she assured me she put a check in the mail. Called to get information on units and spoke with Melissa. She was very personable and professional. Excellent customer service and very patient with all my questions. Highly recommend!
Went in looking for a storage unit in a hurry and received excellent service from Ms. Melissa! She was very informative and helpful, got me in and out in no time!
Melissa was very professional and quick to help. I had reserved my unit online and rented a unit that was not as I expected and she was quick to help me upgrade to a unit that was more of what was needed.
Great Storage facility. Melissa is great to work with. Area is clean and climate controlled. Call and talk to Melissa if you needing at storage room.
