Not sure why it's taken so long to get good management in this location. Today I had the best experience with management in 6 years. Very courtesous and understanding. You need this type of management in all your locations. I can honestly say today's service has been the best. Give this man a raise and praise for actually carrying about the business he works for.

Everything went smoothly. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I have done business with the ISTORAGE in Crestwood, IL for a few years now. Have always had a good experience.

We had a little trouble getting started with renting a unit. The computer was not cooperating, however the gentleman waiting on us was so patient and kind that we didn't feel inconvenienced at all. Once he got it straightened out, everything else went really smooth. I would definitely recommend renting from this facility.
