My experience was seamless. The online setup was easy and I’m happy with my location and value of my unit. I stopped by the office and spoke with Danne and she was very courteous , professional and knowledgeable.

Service at the Oak Forest facility is pathetic
Trying to talk to somebody in the Oak Forest office is like trying to contact Joe Biden. Each time I was there nobody was in the office and my phone messages were never returned. If it were not such a Hassle I would move.
