Melanie is the best; I really enjoyed speaking with her. Melanie is very professional and has a great attitude; she explained all aspects of the facility to me so I can better determine my needs. Melainie is a great value to Istorage.

Manager Melina is very attentive not only to the customers, she goes outta her way to make sure the property is maintained on a daily basis. Very rare to see at these types of businesses. For these reasons I will continue my service despite disagreeing with the rental increase. Mark E.

So I will say the last property manager was not good she was never there, and was super stand off-ish, I met the regional manager AJ the help she gave me was absolutely wonderful. They are in the process of hiring someone responsible, that will be in the office 5 days a week, I did notice a huge difference when I went in today. I was on the verge of going somewhere else but the manager AJ urged to stay and that things are going to change for the better! Thank you again AJ God bless

It started out just swell but now nobody is in the office. Monthly rent increased last year with less service for tenants. So far my belongings are still there but I don't feel too good about security with no staff present.

Rented a unit at this facility for four years, vacating in August, 2023. Excellent convenient location a short distance from I-57 's 176th Street exit. Five stars when I moved in but the facility has changed ownership once or twice in the past few years accompanied by a steady decline in maintenance and service at the facility since IStorage took over. Neither the automated gate to premises nor the overhead door to the drive in bay function, so loading/unloading take place outdoors, which is unacceptable. The facility of... read more

So I never write reviews, but I feel in this case I have to. Please stay away from istorage; particularly, this facility. They are all trash. The company has gone down since changing ownership a couple of years ago. The rates have doubled, you can never get anyone on the phone, there is never anyone on site and now the unthinkable...they have just automatically charged my account without my authorization. 3/2023- still no payment of money owed to me! the regional managers lie and state a check has been mailed (this is the 3rd regional manager i've gone through) this time i did infact get a check, but for 60$, not the 143.60 that is owed to me and was guaranteed to be sent by adam , the regional manager who now will not answer messages back!!!!!!

If there was a zero star rating that's what I'd give! Management is not responsive. The main garage doors were broke for months meaning you'd have to haul all your stuff in and out through hallways from one entrance only. That was my move In experience...soon after my rent was raised 50% and again in 6 months. Now when I want to move out and have moving company scheduled- their elevator does not work. Meaning anyone on 2nd floor has to use narrow halls and stairwell!! The team does not even notify tenants of the issues- so e... read more
