WOULDNT ALLOW US TO ACCESS OUR PROPERTY AT 1:30PM ON A SATURDAY. I would give ZERO stars if I could. We have a 5th wheel RV camper we needed to park somewhere while we’re trying to sell it. When they were moove storage I upgraded to a larger unit and they shut off my old code so I was locked in the unit for hours. They told me to call 911 to get out. Now I storage has charged me a different price monthly and I've never received any communication to an increase
Last week I was advised that I had been assigned an incorrect space for my Small camper. I met with Jenna at the DWG location on Rt. 611. The correct space proved to be inappropriate as I could not maneuver the rig into it. Jenna took great care of me. We found another available site and Jenna was of great assistance. She was at all times friendly, understanding and professional. I will not hesitate to refer others to your service because of her. She is a credit to your company. Thank you!
