WOULDNT ALLOW US TO ACCESS OUR PROPERTY AT 1:30PM ON A SATURDAY. I would give ZERO stars if I could. We have a 5th wheel RV camper we needed to park somewhere while we’re trying to sell it. Last week I was advised that I had been assigned an incorrect space for my Small camper. I met with Jenna at the DWG location on Rt. 611. The correct space proved to be inappropriate as I could not maneuver the rig into it. Jenna took great care of me. We found another available site and Jenna was of great assistance. She was at all times friendly, understanding and professional. I will not hesitate to refer others to your service because of her. She is a credit to your company. Thank you!
Very helpful and responsive local management. A word of caution that the rates listed on the website are apparently only "introductory rates". I would feel much better about this company if their pricing practices were transparent and they didn't mail you an unexpected 25% price increase notice less than 2 months after you moved in!
The woman helping me this morning her name is Jenna. She was so wonderful. Every question was answered so sweetly and informatively. It was like she has been wirking here forever as opposed to a short time. By the way the unti that we decided ti rent was clean and jusr the right size.
