I am extremely grateful to Jenna at iStorage. She was indispensable in finding an amenable solution for me when I experienced a series of customer service issues at the Stroudsburg location. She was courteous, efficient, and empathetic in helping me. She quickly found me resolution and went above and beyond to not only rectify the issues I was having but also ensure they didn’t happen again! WOULDNT ALLOW US TO ACCESS OUR PROPERTY AT 1:30PM ON A SATURDAY. I would give ZERO stars if I could. We have a 5th wheel RV camper we needed to park somewhere while we’re trying to sell it. Last week I was advised that I had been assigned an incorrect space for my Small camper. I met with Jenna at the DWG location on Rt. 611. The correct space proved to be inappropriate as I could not maneuver the rig into it. Jenna took great care of me. We found another available site and Jenna was of great assistance.
