I had a 15 ft storage unit here for a few months while I bought a house for an affordable price imo. Chris & Jess were very nice to me while I was there & Chris helped to make the checkout process go smoothly! I would recommend this storage unit to anyone that needs one in the area. Thank you!
My son and I went into Public Storage and was greeted by Papi Jess and. I felt like I knew each and everyone before. All was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was accompanied by Papi who showed us the spaced that we chose. We went back to the office where Jess helped to locate a larger space. The procedure of the storage was explained thoroughly, and how to enter and exit the storage space. All the staff exemplifies professionalism, integrity, and great customer service.
I had a great experience using this storage facility. The property was clean, secure, and easy to access with no issues getting in and out. The pricing was fair, and the customer service was always helpful and professional. I had to stop using the storage because my truck needed repairs and my situation changed, but I would definitely use this place again in the future. Highly recommend! Thank you
Chris was awesome! He went well over above and beyond to accommodate us with our RV space. Would definitely recommend iStorage for your storage needs. Thanks Chris!
We are completely happy with our storage choice. It was super easy to arrange online. Shout out to Chris for his assistance with getting us into our spot! We couldn’t ask for better service!
