It was easy to rent. I liked the 1st month free. Getting our items to the storage unit was easy especially with the elevator and having a cart already there to use.

This place is terrible!! Had our furniture in our unit for only 5 month and mold all over our furniture. It was signs of a leaking roof and damage our furniture. They said mold is normal!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
Staff non professional, rude poor people skills. Failure to answer questions. I rented from this location in prince Frederick prior to your purchase and rules changed I just wanted a simple 6 month rental to store a vehicle and wanted to pay in full at signing. I received a 5 month contract when questioned I was told I can only have a 5 month contract that it’s company policy. And there’s nothing she can do take it or leave was her attitude.
