Kevin the manager was great. Professional, friendly, helpful. We moved our belongings into storage on Saturday and it was very busy. Only one elevator was working and there were only 3 carts. I mentioned something to the girl working and asked if we could get more carts and she said “it ain’t happening”. When I asked about the elevator not working she said “it’s been broke since we took over the space and there are no plans to fix it.” Her remarks were as rude and poor as her attitude.
