Can't give a lower score ! These crooks raise rent every year $15-20 per month ! No one on property consistently, front gate open, not secure.
can't give a lower score than 1 !!! have had 3 rate increases in 16 months !! don't give these crooks money. also there is never anyone in office. they can't keep employees. guess they probably don't pay them enough !
I would give this place a negative star if I could. They put on fees for insurance when I have an insurance policy thru State Farm. Which they have a copy of on file. You cannot go online and change anything on your account ex- address. No one at customer service can do anything for you except take a payment and charge you a fee to do that. There is never anyone working at the office and will not call you back. Do not rent from here!!!!!
TERRIBLE - DONT RENT HERE. FIND SOMETHING ELSE. 3 times recently and many more before that the delivery can't be delivered because no one is there. They won't call me back, won't refund the money i lost to have the deliveries come back. Terrible place -10 stars if I could give it
