I've been a customer at this same location for 8 years. I do not appreciate the price increases the past couple of years that seem to be a bit extreme and are getting more frequent. But when I've needed customer service at my unit, Monique has been extremely friendly and helpful. She helped me change units when I wanted to downsize and was understanding of what I needed and when. I just want to say that Monique is very great at her job! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond with explaining how a rental goes. I will definitely be choosing this company over the bigger names any day.
