my unit's stuff was stolen. i call and customer service is very helpful. the area manager calls me and she is also very helpful. she tells me to go in and file an insurance claim. i go to this location and the guy with the buck teeth tells me it's all my fault and i was asking for it. he berates me, LIES (yes i know u lied to me but there's nothing i can do abt it now...at least i can afford the losses)....and tries to glean as much information out of me as he can, feigning interest, in order to get off scott free. i was not... read more
