I had to store a cargo trailer for a few months. Michael was pleasant to work with and made both the start and finish of my time there quick and easy. My trailer was not damaged or messed with and the fact they have live on-site employees helps keep the facility secure. I would recommend them to others.
I simply rented unit to downsize due to rate increases since you took the property over but the experience was fine and employee was very helpful . Michael was employee that handled my rental

All in all it was not a good day no one was at the storage unit working even though the business was open and it was normal business hours I made multiple trips to and from the unit because the people on the customer service line said the worker was probably on site and just couldn't hear his phone but it turns out he just wasn't at work that day left the facility unattended during normal business hours which turned out to be a very big inconvenience even after talking to customer service and getting a unit I was given an in... read more
