Rented a storage space online. Traveled 2 hours the next day to secure storage unit and move items into storage. The Computer system locked up some how and did not take my reservation. Rene, the manager from the Alcoa storage facility figure out the problem while covering for a coworker at the Friendsville facility. I appreciated Renes' hard work and "I'll figure this out" attitude. Thanks Rene!

Ecellent place to rent. rented online and soon as i pulled in they was actually closed. The lady went back inside had my locker location in seconds i was in . Nothing more could ask for
