The call center is not sure of locations your unit maybe at ,I called multiple times and had to cancel ,but if you go to the office at Longfellow Rd ,he knows exactly what he is doing ,he is very good at explaining your needs Thank you
Have had storage with Moove In for over 3 years, since moving to the area. Since it’s been bought by another company, they have raised my rates on the same storage unit 3 times in 3 months citing “increased costs”. Actively looking for different storage that won’t keep charging new rates every month. I’m paying $100 more a month for the same unit than when they took over in August!!!
Very friendly people. I let them know I would need a larger unit, and as soon as one became available they notified me and made it very easy for me to make the switch. I have already passed their information on to my neighbor who also will be needing a storage unit.
