We made a reservation, went to the storage office 3 straight days with no one there! We finally called the phone number on the reservation and had someone who said they could help us so we could get into storage that day. She was Great! We found the unit, it was clean, but no one told us how to turn on the lights. We finally figured it out by trial and error. Therefore you get a 3 star.

My experience was great. The property Mgr. was very polite and helpful. I did not mean to punch the wrong key. I am very satisfied .I really like the facility.

I am not appreciated as a consumer and a current paying customer. Managers are never available and very compliant with doing the minimum
Ever since I storage took over. Bugs in my 5x5 and monthly price is WAY TO EXPENSIVE..... was gonna stay till eoy, but soon as I get some time will be shopping for another storage unit.

I couldn't get anyone to work with me, I was planning on using one of your facilities for a long time. However I now will be finding a different facility and tell all my friends and family to never use you
