The staff at iStorage at this facility are great. My issue is with their parent company (NSA Storage). After only being in the rental space for three months I was told my storage prince was a "promotional price" and that it would now increase. This was not made clear when I rented the facility and moved everything in in hot TX August. Then I was told my rate could increase anytime "supply and demand" changed.
