I’ve been doing business with Istorage for a while now. The service is always quick but sufficient. I don’t have any troubles when it comes to paying a bill or getting into my storage unit! Ms. Tracey is just lovely… she makes it her priority to make sure everyone gets what they need. The conversation is always great, sometimes I think she’s my friend not just a worker there. 10/10 definitely recommend!!!

I actually liked them even when they were CubeSmart. However, I had to come out of pocket for a locksmith bc they changed the lock on my storage unit and I was told they did not have a spare key nor could they cut the lock off even though it was their lock and I was unaware that lock was changed in the first place. I was under the impression that it was changed due to a balance being owed. After paying the locksmith upon opening my storage unit I noticed two more of their locks in the corner on the inside of my unit. I feel... read more

Tracy at iStorage was very helpful during our visit. She gave us a tour of the facility and was knowledgeable about their different options. She helped us determine what size unit we needed and establishing the rental was a breeze.

The storage facility provided a lock and sent keys. However, the key that was provided doesn't work for the lock. The woman at the front desk advised they don't cut locks and a locksmith would have to be called. But it's their lock. So we have to come out of pocket to pay for a locksmith to come out on the weekend to cut a lock your company provided. Do you guys not carry spare keys for your locks? And yes....the bill is current and paid.
