Zach here was awesome! He was great in and out with helping to find exactly what I need quick. He gave me 3 options and opened the gate for me to go check them out. Once I came back in to tell him what I liked he hooked it up for me and we were on our way. 10/10 recommend.
Today is my move in date. I was told someone would be in the office from 12-6. Here I am, over an hour waiting and no one is here. My gate code does not work. I drove over an hour to get there. They had no problem collecting the money up front yet the access does not work. Surprise, property manager will not answer his phone.
It was the best experience I ever had with someone over the phone. Very professional, nice, patient and really kind. She helped me at a time when I was really desperate to find storage for my trailer
Zach was awesome. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable Thanks for the help and quick service
Great experience! Zach was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks a lot!
