Manager Zach is great! However the company is awful!! They will raise your rent multiple times a year!! We had a big unit, and it went from $149 to $329 in less than 2 years!!! We were told it was because they only had a few large units and it was in demand, so raising the rent to get us out! So we consolidated and went to a smaller unit - great. Saved me $200 a month... only for that to be raised after just 2 months!! It went up about $20!! I don't get how they can do that!!
This place is great! Zach is amazing and friendly, very helpful!
Zach greeted me in a friendly manner. Very nice attitude. He helped me understand how the unit storage rental works. Saved me money on start up & monthly insurance by showing my home policy.
Zach is the most personable and helpful rep you could want to have in your business. He helped me have a great Moove In experience. Zach deserves a raise!
