Absolutely great experience at this location! The staff was fast, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. No hassle at all—just friendly, outgoing people who really care about helping you. Special shoutout to the two men at the front desk—they had the best customer service and made sure everything was handled with ease. I left with a smile on my face. Shawn was helpful, and took time to look around the best fit for me. He understood the needs of me, and made sure I can be happy. The contract happened 2days ago, and I will go to see if all will work today.
Nice feel to the office, staff are easy to communicate with, they know what they're doing. Storage spaces are clean, easy to get to. Convenient location.
Sean at the front desk was very helpful and took the time to show us the unit before signing the rental agreement (we had a very disappointing experience with another storage facility in Hadley, rented site unseen as we don't live in MA). Moove in Self Storage is very clean, secure and easy to access. Highly recommend for any parent who needs storage for their student in the Amherst area.
Always a positive experience and so easy (this is my 3rd time to use Moove In Storage). I was able to book everything on line and just show up when I was ready to move things into my unit. The units and buildings are always clean with good lighting. I highly recommend.
