Excellent service provided with a smile. Storage units prices are reasonable and the units are clean and pretty new. I will continue to use this company as long as I need storage. The man working the desk was very helpful and made the whole experience that much easier. Reserving the unit online was simple and quick as the website setup was intuitive and well-built. This is the storage co.any to use in the area.
Don’t fall for the bait-and-switch. Rented a 10x10 unit only two months ago at $136/month, and they just increased it to $184/month. That’s a 35% increase in one fell swoop. When I called an agent, she told me that it was because of “increased demand for units”. Nothing like reading the standard script in an attempt to justify an extortionate increase.
Always a positive experience and so easy (this is my 3rd time to use Moove In Storage). I was able to book everything on line and just show up when I was ready to move things into my unit. The units and buildings are always clean with good lighting. I highly recommend.
It was nerve-wracking booking a storage unit for the first time, but I got a great discount booking online! I booked a 5x10 unit, showed up to pick up my keys (two keys and a lock are included with the unit), and moved my stuff in! It's a little bit of a drive, but the unit was clean and service was great!
Absolutely great experience at this location! The staff was fast, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. No hassle at all—just friendly, outgoing people who really care about helping you. Special shoutout to the two men at the front desk—they had the best customer service and made sure everything was handled with ease. I left with a smile on my face.
