Wow, had high hopes for this place. The manager seemed nice and its right down the street. I wanted to store my car for the winter, so I visited the facility and picked out a unit. They told me my unit was reserved and to come back in November, no money down was necessary at this time they said. long story short, as I returned in November they claimed I had no reservation and that same vacant unit was not occupied.
