I’ve been storing with Chris and her team for 3 years now and one of the best things is they lock the rate in for one year unlike the other one’s that raise their rates every 3 months and treat you like just another number. Chris and her team really care they listen if there’s an issue and that’s what I want is a local person to talk to not someone in another state

We rented a unit at Xpress Storage off of Fruitville Rd in Sarasota. Great location and well-kept property. Would definitely recommend them. They are easy to deal with, no hassles signing up and their caretaker, Kevin is always friendly and helpful.
