We had a storage for a long time! The grounds were always tidy and cleaned up nice. Remington, who ran the place was very kind and always ready to help with anything! I've had storages before but this is a wonderful place to store your belongings and know that they will be kept safe!!
Overall very quick and easy experience, handled most of the information over the phone and was able to show up and receive my keys within 30 minutes! Remington and the other staff were very kind and helped answer any questions I had and were very thorough with their explanations on all gate locks and keypad entry points. Would recommend!
They help to make sure you got what you want as well as patient with you and answer any questions you have. They are very professional in customer service. Security guy (Remington) is his name, he is very nice though do not underestimate him.
Remington has always been very helpful and pleasant to do business with. He has come through every time that I have reached out, even when it has been last minute. I appreciate his friendly, smiling face being on site whenever I go to my storage unit as well. I know that all will be okay with him on the job.
I have had a unit here for almost 2 years now. It has been a great experience. I am in the middle of cleaning it out and Remington at the rock location has been very helpful in the process.
