Yes, I met Remington at I Storage on S. Rock Rd. in Derby, Kansas, and was looking for a storage unit. He pointed out things for me and told me different aspects and guided me in the right direction. I feel like the man was honest and sincere about what he was talking about. I appreciate him, and in the future if I need a storage unit or if I know of someone that does, I’ll recommend them to get a hold of Remington and he’ll take care of their storage needs. He’s an honest man.
Remington was fabulous to work with! After an extremely difficult mess we experienced with the call center, (which we had no idea that’s who we were dealing with), Kayla at the Derby, Ks. Emma street office, was the first person that helped us and sent us on to the Derby, Rock Road facility. The call center had things in a total mess. They were wrong on so many things!
