We have been moving from Derby, KS to Oklahoma. We worked with Remington at the 301 N Rock Rd location to get units to get items ready to move and he has been amazing! He is always smiling and makes you feel very welcome. It has been such a stressful time for us it has been so nice to have someone be so helpful and kind to help take a little stress away. Would definitely recommend using this facility. It is clean and well maintained. Very good service.
We had to rent a storage unit for a short time between moves so we were stressed about finding a secure facility. This facility had an easy rental process online and it was a bonus that it’s gated. Remington was great with explaining the process and showing us everything we need to know about the unit. We would recommend this facility 100%.
Remington was fabulous to work with! After an extremely difficult mess we experienced with the call center, (which we had no idea that’s who we were dealing with), Kayla at the Derby, Ks. Emma street office, was the first person that helped us and sent us on to the Derby, Rock Road facility. The call center had things in a total mess. They were wrong on so many things! Just vacated the unit here and it was easy and problem free. Remington is professional and personable! Won't hesitate to use them again!
Remington & Kayla are very sweet, courteous people. We enjoy doing business with them. With the security, we always felt like our things were safe.
