Eddie from 3690 old canoe creek rd has literally been a savior. I am an auction buyer and had an emergency so I had to leave mid removal. His accommodation and understanding spoke volumes. I can only imagine how his regular customers are treated. Great asset to Istorage.
I have been renting long-term with Personal Mini Storage on Old Canoe Creek and always received top notch service so when they changed over to IStorage in late 2024 I was a bit nervous about receiving the same level of care. Let me tell you that the new property manager there, Eddie couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating! He even jumped the battery when our car wouldn’t start. I highly recommend this location if you’re in need of storage services.
Amazing customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend for renting a U-Haul or getting storage space.
Extremely disappointed with the experience at this storage facility. My daughter rented a unit here for just one month, and unfortunately, it was infested with German roaches. These pests got into her boxes, and when she started unpacking at her brand new home, they began spreading inside. She had to hire an exterminator immediately to prevent a full-blown infestation.
