I have been renting long-term with Personal Mini Storage on Old Canoe Creek and always received top notch service so when they changed over to IStorage in late 2024 I was a bit nervous about receiving the same level of care. Let me tell you that the new property manager there, Eddie couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating! He even jumped the battery when our car wouldn’t start. I highly recommend this location if you’re in need of storage services.

Worst experience DO NOT do business with these people. They will raise your rent $ just one or two months after getting a unit. They will put a lock on your unit without notifying you just one day after your bill was due. When it was on auto pay. The manager there is so unprofessional as a women Ive been afraid to come back without someone with me. He inappropriately hit on me when I first got my unit. Amazing customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend for renting a U-Haul or getting storage space.

Never thought I could get a storage unit on such short notice in a convenient location but it happened. Eddie was great at helping me out. He even made sure I was able to get into the gate before I left. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend.
