I had the pleasure of going into the Apopka, FL location recently and I have to say that the customer service was excellent. I spoke with Cory and he listened to my needs and offered me choices based on those needs. He was friendly, he was polite and he was professional; which was a breath of fresh air. Good customer service is something that gets lost at times so it was so refreshing to authentically encounter it! Thank you Cory for all of your help. I hope the company knows what a true asset you are!

Clean and efficent location with friendly husband and wife customer service that was more than willing to help clairfy any questions. If local, would definitely choose to rent from this location again. They can also handle any storage needs if any arise.

The people here are super nice and so very helpful. We had an unexpected move and they were very understanding and professional. We got a unit and seen it and realized it was too small then we went up a size and even that one wasn’t big enough so they once again got us an even bigger unit. I thought this dude would be over us but he was so kind and patient. He definitely deserves a raise

Michael Piedmont provided great customer service. He is very caring, understanding and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We were waiting outside and even brought us two bottle of cold water which was a plus in the heat. We highly recommend this business and look forward to coming back.
