I’ve never heard of iStorage before but this completely exceeded my expectations. The unit was clean and there were carts available for use. Cory was super helpful and kind. His customer service skills are outstanding. I can see why this place has nearly 5 stars. He’s always onsite and available if you have any questions. He’s a great asset to the business and I will definitely keep renting from him.

I had such a great experience thanks to Cory! He was absolutely awesome and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, he was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. I never heard of iStorage (NSA Storage) before today but thanks to a recommendation from a friend I decided to try it out and I’m glad that I did. The price was super affordable, the unit was very clean, the location was perfect and the customer service was exceptional! Corey went above and beyond to ensure that this experience was seamless. Went in today the property manager was very helpful. Went in got the size we needed. He had the very awesome customer service
