I’ve never heard of iStorage before but this completely exceeded my expectations. The unit was clean and there were carts available for use. Cory was super helpful and kind. His customer service skills are outstanding. I can see why this place has nearly 5 stars. He’s always onsite and available if you have any questions. He’s a great asset to the business and I will definitely keep renting from him.
Super easy to set up and reserve. Easy access! Sucks to had to put password in to get out though. ONLY negative…. 10x20 drive up, has no light inside. Was there late in the day and was difficult to see. I can image if it were actually after dark. Lights should be inside. Actually unsure of outside lighting as well. 🤔
I’ve rented from this location for years. I already have one unit and just got another. It was all done online because it was a Sunday. I got there loaded everything, which was a ton of heavy things like appliances and large furniture in my unit only to realize when I went to lock it that it didn’t take the normal storage lock. Most of them you can do either. So I tried contacting the office there, no one answered so I left a message. Then called main number. They said they will try to contact manager that lives on property.... read more
I was using the storage over two years and I never had any problems. I had great customer service from Cory. He help answered all my questions and explained everything in detailed. Thank You Cory.
I never heard of iStorage (NSA Storage) before today but thanks to a recommendation from a friend I decided to try it out and I’m glad that I did.
