I never heard of iStorage (NSA Storage) before today but thanks to a recommendation from a friend I decided to try it out and I’m glad that I did. The price was super affordable, the unit was very clean, the location was perfect and the customer service was exceptional! Corey went above and beyond to ensure that this experience was seamless. I had such a great experience thanks to Cory! He was absolutely awesome and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. I had the pleasure of going into the Apopka, FL location recently and I have to say that the customer service was excellent. I spoke with Cory and he listened to my needs and offered me choices based on those needs. He was friendly, he was polite and he was professional; which was a breath of fresh air. Good customer service is something that gets lost at times so it was so refreshing to authentically encounter it! Thank you Cory for all of your help.
