I met Seymdia today and she was the nicest and most friendly customer service rep I have come in contact with in a very long time. She made me feel happier and more enthusiastic after my visit. What an asset. You need more like her. Awesome!!!

I had the pleasure of going into the Apopka, FL location recently and I have to say that the customer service was excellent. I spoke with Cory and he listened to my needs and offered me choices based on those needs. He was friendly, he was polite and he was professional; which was a breath of fresh air. Good customer service is something that gets lost at times so it was so refreshing to authentically encounter it! Thank you Cory for all of your help. I hope the company knows what a true asset you are!

Clean and efficent location with friendly husband and wife customer service that was more than willing to help clairfy any questions. If local, would definitely choose to rent from this location again. They can also handle any storage needs if any arise.
